Amy M. Stewart
Amy Stewart is an experienced litigation attorney licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana. Her areas of practice include both civil litigation and administrative law, mainly focused on defending professional negligence, and she has been successful in achieving numerous pre-trial dismissals for her clients. In addition, she has earned the respect of both judges and carriers for her competence in handling the defense of workers’ compensation cases. Amy also has experience in dealing with insurance contract matters both at the trial level and on appeal. She earned both her Bachelor of Arts degree and her Juris Doctorate from University of Louisville. Amy and her husband, Ai, are proud animal lovers who enjoy traveling and outdoor activities. They both grew up in Northern Kentucky and still have family members there.
