Ashley N. Duncan
Ashley Duncan obtained her undergraduate degree from Transylvania University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude. She went on to obtain her law degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. During law school, she received the Best Brief Award from a moot court competition at Harvard Law School. After law school, Ashley spent nine cold months in Turku, Finland serving as a United States Fulbright grantee. She then spent two years working as a staff attorney with the Louisville Metro Public Defender’s office before joining the firm as an associate. Her primary areas of practice involve matters of insurance defense litigation with special emphasis on medical malpractice. Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Eric, and photography, travel and drag racing.
