Benjamin J. Weigel
Ben Weigel represents clients in various litigation in Kentucky state and federal courts. His practice includes defense of physicians and hospitals in medical negligence claims and the defense of general civil liability claims. Ben is a native of Somerset, Kentucky. He did his undergraduate studies at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and earned his Juris Doctorate at University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law. He was a summer associate at O’Bryan, Brown and Toner for two summers during law school. When not working, Ben is an avid sports fan who occasionally likes to take time for running and reading. He and his wife, Jennifer, also enjoy spending time with friends and family whenever possible.
