JAMES P. GROHMANN is a partner with the firm and one of our most active trial attorneys. He focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, specializing in malpractice claims against medical and legal professionals, real estate litigation, and appellate practice. James has been recognized by Kentucky Trial Court Review as one of Kentucky’s most prolific trial attorneys, with 25 defense verdicts in the last ten years. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from DePauw University and his Juris Doctorate from University of Kentucky. He and his wife, Cynthia, also a lawyer, are the proud parents of three boys, Patrick, Jack, and Charlie.
