Katherine Kerns Vesely has represented a wide variety of clients in matters of complex civil litigation throughout Kentucky and Indiana. Her practice is currently focused on defending professional negligence claims against diverse clientele that includes medical professionals of all levels and specialties, hospitals, dentists, chiropractors, attorneys, land surveyors, banking entities, and landowners. Additionally, she has experience in appellate practice and personal injury litigation. Katherine’s undergraduate studies were completed at Mercer University where she graduated, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She followed that with a Masters Degree in Spanish from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from University of Louisville. She and her husband, Bill, enjoy challenging one another in gourmet cook-offs, engaging in outdoor adventures with their black lab, Wilson, and traveling. However, both would agree their greatest adventure began with the arrival of their new baby daughter, Harper.
