Clay Edwards and Mark Hammond defended a podiatrist in a case tried in Evansville, Indiana. The case went to trial after a medical review panel unanimously found that the podiatrist deviated from the standard of care involving a joint replacement surgery.  The defense called experts, some of whom were among the foremost authorities within the field of podiatric surgery, who defended the care rendered.  After four days, the jury found unanimously in favor of the podiatrist.  This is the 5th defense verdict obtained by O’Bryan, Brown and Toner in Evansville since 2007.
