CHRISTOPHER LEOPOLD was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, in Management and Marketing. He went on to obtain his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he was a member of the University of Kentucky Law Journal. Chris was a summer associate at O’Bryan, Brown and Toner in 2012 and joined the firm in 2013 as an associate. His primary areas of practice involve matters of insurance defense litigation, including medical malpractice, premises liability, and product liability. Chris and his wife, Kelley, enjoy traveling, attending University of Kentucky sporting events, and spending time with their son James.
Represents and defends a diverse client population including healthcare entities and providers, property and casualty insurers, real estate brokers and agents, retail and commercial operations, government organizations, and religious entities through all stages of civil litigation.
