About
JUSTIN W. JANES joined O’Bryan, Brown and Toner in 2022 after spending 8 years as a felony prosecutor for the Commonwealth Attorney in Jefferson County, Kentucky. During his tenure as a prosecutor, he tried 15 jury trials as first chair and 7 as second chair. Justin worked in the Violent Crimes Division and served as the Chief of the FAST Unit, which is responsible for prosecuting DUI homicides and assaults. Currently, Justin’s practice focuses on medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and insurance defense.
Justin and his wife, Betsy, are proud parents of two sons, Lincoln and J. Wilson and are active members of St. Agnes Parish and Falls City Soccer Club.
