KRISTEN JOHNSON was born in Jacksonville, North Carolina but raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She graduated cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from University of South Carolina. She then went on to attend and graduate with her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2021. During her law school tenure, Kristen was a member, editor, and published author of the University of Louisville Law Review. She also served as a legal intern for Judge Rebecca Grady Jennings, United States District Court, Western District of Kentucky.
Kristen joined O’Bryan, Brown & Toner as an associate after clerking with the firm her second summer of law school. She is licensed to practice in Kentucky and Indiana. Her primary areas of practice include insurance defense litigation with a focus on medical malpractice.
Outside of the office, Kristen enjoys staying active, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
