MICHELLE FOX was born in Abilene, Texas, and grew up in four states due to her father’s military service. She graduated summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Louisville. She went on to earn her law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. While in law school Michelle clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Kentucky, the Lawrence County Public Defender Agency, and a family law firm in Louisville. She also had the privilege of interning for Justice Steven David at the Indiana Supreme Court.

Michelle joined O’Bryan, Brown and Toner in August of 2017. She focuses her practice on the defense of professional negligence claims against physicians, hospitals, and lawyers. Outside of the office, Michelle enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to local art exhibits, and being outdoors with her dog, Eli.
