MORGAN MOTTLEY was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She graduated, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Louisville. She went on to earn her law degree from the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Morgan served as Notes Editor on the Journal of Law and Education. Morgan has been licensed to practice in Kentucky since 2016. Her practice is dedicated to insurance defense litigation with a particular focus in medical malpractice defense. She has been licensed to practice law since 2016. Morgan represents medical professionals of all levels and specialties as well as hospitals, long-term care facilities, and nursing homes in both Kentucky state and federal courts. Morgan has worked on many complex litigation matters, including several appeals.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, and cheering on the Louisville Cardinals.
