Winfield Frankel was raised in Danville, Kentucky and attended the University of Kentucky, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History. He obtained his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2012. While in law school, he clerked for the Honorable Jeffrey L. Dotson, Chief District Court Judge for the 50th Judicial Circuit. Prior to joining O’Bryan, Brown & Toner, Winfield practiced in Danville, Kentucky. His primary areas of practice include insurance defense litigation with a focus on medical and legal malpractice. Outside of the office, Winfield enjoys travelling with his wife, Christy, sporting clays, and spending time outdoors with their Labrador, Basil.
