Caitlin E. Housley
Caitlin E. Housley was born in Columbus, Ohio, but was raised in Hazard, Kentucky. She graduated, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame. She went on to earn her law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where she served as the Online Content Manager for The Kentucky Law Journal. During her first summer of law school, she was a judicial intern for Chief Judge Karen C. Caldwell at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky and Judge Sara Combs at the Kentucky Court of Appeals. During her second summer of law school, she served as a risk management extern at UK HealthCare.
Caitlin began her legal career at an insurance defense firm in Lexington, Kentucky before joining O’Bryan, Brown & Toner, PLLC in the spring of 2016. Her primary area of practice is insurance defense litigation with a focus on medical malpractice. While not in the office, Caitlin enjoys fishing, cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and spending time with friends and family.
