DAVID S. STRITE’S primary practice area is insurance defense litigation in matters of negligence and tort claims, workers’ compensation, medical and professional negligence, product liability, premises liability, and insurance coverage. He has successfully litigated civil cases of all types and sizes throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Dave graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s degree and from University of Louisville School of Law with a Juris Doctorate. He is the ultimate sports fan and general enthusiast, who keeps the spirit of friendly competition fresh and alive in everyone around him. He currently serves as President of the Board of Trustees at Summit Academy and coaches youth soccer. Dave and his wife, Lisa, have a busy household that includes their two children, Matthew and Meghan, and one faithful Labrador, Emma.
