KENNETH DECKER was born and raised in Crown Point, Indiana. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Political Science from DePauw University, where he played on the men’s basketball team. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Kenneth served as an Articles Editor of the Kentucky Law Journal and as a member of the Moot Court Board. Kenneth joined O’Bryan, Brown & Toner as a summer law clerk in 2023 and began practicing with the firm in 2024. His primary area of practice is insurance defense litigation with a focus on medical malpractice.

Outside of the office, Kenneth enjoys spending time with his friends and family, traveling, and cheering on the Purdue Boilermakers.
