STEPHEN HILLENMEYER was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and grew up in Northern Kentucky. He graduated with Bachelors of Arts in both English and Political Science from Western Kentucky University. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Stephen served on the Student Bar Association and was a published member of the Journal of Animal and Environmental Law. Stephen joined O’Bryan, Brown, & Toner as a summer law clerk in 2023 and began practicing with the firm in 2024. His primary area of practice is insurance defense litigation. He is licensed to practice law in Kentucky.

Outside of the office, Stephen enjoys spending time with his friends and family, traveling, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers.
