James Grohmann successfully defended a community hospital, whose nursing staff, it was alleged, failed to appropriately triage a stroke patient.  Grohmann defended the nursing care based on the circumstances, which presented the need to process the patient quickly so as not to delay evaluation by a physician.  The Grayson County jury returned a verdict in favor of both the hospital and the emergency room physician.
