BAILEY COULTRAP is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Murray State University. She went on to earn her law degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. While in law school, Bailey was an Articles Editor for the Villanova Law Review. After law school, Bailey practiced insurance defense law in Indianapolis, Indiana. She joined O’Bryan, Brown & Toner in 2025.

Outside of the office, Bailey enjoys volunteering with the Junior League of Louisville and spending time with family and friends and her two golden retrievers.
