BRIAN DAVIDSON was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky.  He attended the University of Kentucky for both undergraduate and law school.  He earned a Juris Doctorate and became a member of the Kentucky Bar in 2015.  Prior to becoming a practicing attorney, Brian assisted the general counsel at the Kentucky Auditor of Public Accounts office.  Since 2016, his practice has focused on workers’ compensation defense.

Brian joined O’Bryan, Brown & Toner in 2023.  He brings years of experience defending workers’ compensation claims at every level, including precedent setting victories at the Kentucky Supreme Court.

Outside of work, Brian spends time with his wife and two daughters.  They help maintain a multi-generational family farm in Shelby County.
