Katherine Kerns Vesely successfully defended a local motorist in Jefferson County, Kentucky against a claim of negligence in a motor vehicle accident. Plaintiff argued clear liability on the part of the defendant, along with property damage.  Vesely defended the case on liability and damages.  The trial court agreed and entered a directed verdict at the close of plaintiff’s case.
