Katherine Vesely successfully represented an emergency medicine physician under investigation by the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure for discharging a patient after examination when the patient was later re-admitted to a different hospital. After an investigation and hearing, the Board determined that there was no evidence that a violation of the Medical Practice Act occurred and it closed its investigation.
