Preston Goodman was born and raised in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western Kentucky University before earning his law degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. While in law school, Preston served as a Staff Editor of the Kentucky Law Journal. Preston joined O’Bryan, Brown & Toner as a summer law clerk in 2025 and began practicing with the firm in 2026. His primary area of practice is insurance defense litigation, with a focus on medical malpractice.

Outside of the office, Preston enjoys hanging out with friends and family, spending time outdoors, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.
