DAVID STRITE’S primary practice area is insurance defense litigation in matters of negligence and tort claims, commercial general liability, medical and professional negligence, product liability, premises liability, and insurance coverage. He has successfully litigated civil cases of all types and sizes throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky and Indiana. He has been practicing law since 1991 and tried over 50 cases, 20 of those involving medical malpractice defense. He has been recognized by the Kentucky Trial Court Review as one Kentucky’s most prolific trial attorneys. He is the ultimate sports fan and general enthusiast, who keeps the spirit of friendly competition fresh and alive in everyone around him.

Dave and his wife, Lisa, have a busy household that includes their two children, Matthew and Meghan, and two faithful Labradors, Stella and Olive.
