JOSHUA DAVIS maintains a diversified practice involving complex civil litigation throughout Kentucky and Indiana. His practice focuses upon defending claims of negligence against physicians, hospitals, lawyers, real estate appraisers and other licensed professionals. He also has significant experience in matters of workers’ compensation defense, employment disputes, personal injury litigation and issues of property and casualty insurance. Joshua received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Centre College and his Juris Doctorate from University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. He and his wife, Beth, have always enjoyed spending time with family and friends. They are the proud and happy parents of three young children, Beatrice, Foster and Eliza Mae.
